What is the IDLS?

IDLS (International Documentary Library Service) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) U.S. corporation located in Concord, Massachusetts. We are not affiliated with any for-profit organization.

We exist solely to serve documentarians and the viewing public. Our mission is to enable people looking for documentaries to find them.

IDLS maintains a database of information about documentary film, television and radio. Listings come from our members in the industry: documentarians, festival organizers, production companies, funding organizations and distributors. Free access is available at our web site, www.idls.org.
